Kimmy Thitisan Goodburn of Thailand won the 2023 Mister International contest held in Crystal Design Center Ballroom, Khwaeng Khlong Chan, Bangkok, Thailand on September 17, 2023. This is the first time Thailand won the crown in Mister International's 15-year history. The new winner was crowned by Emmanuel "Manu" Franco, last year's winner, of the Dominican Republic. Kim also won the Best in National Costume award.

Lucas Schlachter of France and Shashwat Dwivedi of India were included in the top 5.
Daniel Garcia of Colombia, Joel Farach of Peru, Jefferson Bunney, Joshua Hee of Singapore, and Borxa Ramo Ruiz of Spain completed the Top 10.
Mister Congeniality went to Nepal's Prajwol Tamrakar while Mister Photogenic was won by Borxa Ramo Ruiz of Spain.
