The Philippines' RJ De Vera won Mr. Man Hot Star International 2023 held at the Saensuk Grandhall of the Bangsaen Heritage Hotel in Chon Buri, Thailand on November 25, 2023.
It is a back to back win for the Philippines since last year 's winner, Jovy Bequillo, is also a Filipino. This is the second edition of the new male pageant.
