The British football superstar and now LA Galaxy's star player touched down at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) today, December 1, 2011.

The team will stage an exhibition game against the Philippine Azkals on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at the Rizal Memorial Stadium. Beckham's American football team had just came from Indonesia where they won their match. After the game with the Azkals, the LA Galaxy will go down under for another exhibition game probably against the Newcastle Jets of Australia.

UPDATE: As expected, the historic friendly match ended with LA Galaxy lambasting the Philippine Azkals 6-1. At any rate, the Philippine team and the Filipinos surely learnt much from this experience which could not happened again.
