Libya's President Muammar Qaddafi died of wounds when he was captured in Sirte, Libya today, 20 October 2011, several news agencies are now reporting. Qaddafi had reported been shouting "don't shoot, don't shoot" when he was cornered in a hole.
After his death, I don't know what will happen to Libya. Is it another Iraq and Afghanistan? After NATO and US initiative of attacking the Libyan leader as they did with other "rouge" leaders, I hope that it will bring peace & prosperity. If not, then these senseless deaths of the Libyans and their leader are just show of force, injustice, internal meddling and economic gain.
