Rich Foods for Poor Souls

This blog will feature rich, delicious and nutritious foods that I invented, prepared, tried, cooked and ate, that composed mostly of ingredients affordable by poor families and individuals. It will feature foods prepared by others with the same cheap ingredients and yet rich in calories and of course, delicious and nutritious.

The recipes and preparation shall be written in English and translated into Filipino and vice versa, if possible. Most of the recipes and dishes that will be featured here are Filipino cuisine devoid of fancy fancy, unusual and expensive ingredients.
