Nadal at Barty Nagwagi sa Australian Open 2022

Nanalo si Rafael Nadal ng makasaysayang ika-21 grand slam title matapos makabangon upang talunin si Daniil Medvedev ng Russia sa sumunod na tatlong set para makuha ang 2022 Australian Open noong Linggo, January 20, 2022 sa Rod Laver Arena sa Melbourne, Australia.

Talo sa unang dalawang set si Nadal sa iskor na 2-6, 6-7 (5) bago manalo sa huling tatlong set sa iskor na 6-4, 6-4, 6-7.

a iskor na 6-3, 6-7 (2) noong Sabado, January 29, 2022. Ito ang kauna-unahang pagkakataon na napalunan ng isang Australyano ang titulo matapos ang 44 na taon. Ang huling tennis player na nanalo nito ay si Chris O’Neil noong 1978. Isa sa mga manonod si O'Neil sa Rod Laver Areana sa Melbourne nang magwagi si Barty.

Rafael Nadal Captures 7th French Open Title

Rafael "Rafa" Nadal of Spain beat Serbia's Novak Djokovic to win his 7th French Open Tennis title on Monday, June 11, 2012.


The game was suspended on Sunday because of the rain. Nadal won by a 6-4, 6-3, 2-6, 7-5 tally.

Nadal & Sharapova Dominate Italian Open 2012

Rafael Nadal of Spain and Russia's Maria Sharapova both won their respective gender match to capture the Italian Open Tennis Tournament 2012 on 19 May and May 21, 2012 respectively.


Rafael Nadal slammed Novak Djokovic, 7-5, 6-3 and regained World No. 2 spot from Roger Federer. This is the 6th Rome Masters Title of Nadal. Meanwhile, Sharapova beat Li Na of China 4-6, 6-4, 7-6 (7-5) to capture her second Italian Open Title.

Djokovic Slashes Nadal To Win 2012 Australian Open Men's Singles Title


It's over! Once again, Novak Djokovic triumphed over Spain's Rafael Nadal to capture the 2012 Australian Open Men's Singles Tennis Tournament title. 


Djokovic stunned Rafa 5-7, 6-4, 6-2, 6-7 & 7-5 at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne, Australia in the early Monday morning, January 29, 2012. 


The match lasted for 5 hours and 52 minutes, the longest in the history of the Australian Open, making most Aussies sleepy at work on Monday. The 24 years old from Belgrade had won four of the five grand slams beating Nadal in 3 successive grand finals.

Rafael Nadal of Spain gained his first Australian Open today after defeating Roger Federer of Switzerland 7-5, 3-6, 7-6, 3-6 and 6 - 2 at Melbourne Park, Australia culminating 2 weeks of tennis tournament from 19 January to 1st February 2009.

NADAL REIGNS WIMBLEDON 2008










Rafael Nadal of Mallorca, Spain ended the 5-year reign of Switzerland's Roger Federer with 6-7, 6-7, 7-6, 7-6, 9-7 win in a gruesome 4 hours and 48 minutes play in the Wimbledon 2008 men's singles final on 6 July 2008. Nadal also won the French Open last month.








A day earlier, American Venus William slammed her rival and sister Serena to captured the ladies' singles final in a 7-5, 6-4 win.

Laura Robson of Britain and Grigor Dimitrov of Bulgaria won the girls' and boys' title.
