Beware of "Ngiting Aso"

For a man smiling like a dog is something else. In the Philippines, it is translated as "ngiting aso." A man with "ngiting aso" means that he is not truthful and genuine. There is a hidden agenda behind that smile. It is usually true with the way some politicians smile in public. If they were smiling like a dog, they might be cunning, deceitful and double-dealing.
