Excerpt from Saudi Labor Laws - Leaves


Part VI - WORK CONDITIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES
Chapter Four - Leaves
Article 109:
1) A worker shall be entitled to a prepaid annual leave of NOT LESS THAN TWENTY ONE (21) DAYS, to be increased to a period of NOT less than THIRTY (30) DAYS if the worker spends five consecutive years in the service of the employer.

Ang isang manggagawa ay may karapatan sa HINDI BABABA sa DALAWAMPU'T ISANG ARAW na bakasyong may bayad na itataas sa HINDI BABABA sa TATLUMPUNG ARAW kung siya ay nanilbihan na nang higit sa LIMANG TAON sa kanyang pinagtatrabahuhan.


Less than 5 years = 21 days paid vacation leave per year (or pro-rata if less than one year)
After 5 years = 30 days paid vacation leave

Alam kong marami sa mga OFW na 15 days lang ang binibigay na bakasyon na may bayad. Mali po ito. 21 araw na ang may bayad kung wala pang limang taon sa kumpanya. Kapag kayo ay nasa ika-anim na taon na, 30 araw na dapat ang bakasyon nyo na may bayad.
