Nonito "The Flash" Donaire of General Santos, Philippines stopped the ambition of  Toshiaki Nishioka of Tokyo, Japan and retained his WBO Super Bantamweight belt on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at the Home Depot Center in Carson, Califronia, USA.

Earlier, WBO Junior Welterweight champion Brandon Rios beat challenger Mike Alvarado in the 7th round when the referee, Pat Russel, stepped in ands topped the fight when he saw that Alvarado was defenseless.

Manny Pacquiao Versus Nonito Donaire Jr. in 2013?

It has been revealed that Manny Pacquiao is considering retirement in 2013. This is related to his appointment as a Bible Ambassador by the Catholic Bishop Conference of the Philippines (CBCP). Some gladly accepted this idea especially Jinky Pacquiao and Mommy Dionisia. Many fans still wish Manny to fight Mayweather before his retirement.

However, my wish is that Manny "The People's Champ" Pacquiao fights Nonito "The Filipino Flash" Donaire. for any boxing belt they choose.This will be a bout of a lifetime - two Filipino boxing champions in the ring! What do you think?
