2 FRIENDS FROM QUEZON

Jimsen and I were visited by 2 friends from Quezon Province. They are Arman and Melvin, working as pipefitters at CCC in Abu Hadriyah.
Kabarangay ko sila sa Pinas. Nagtanghalian kami ng pancit canton at fried chicken ng Biyernes na iyon, ika-4 ng Enero, 2008.

NOCHE BUENA

My wife's nephew - Jimsen - and I had our Christmas Noche Buena in a hotel in downtown Jeddah Street. We had kare-kare and pancit bihon. We thought of ordering halo-halo, inspite of the cold weather but we were already full that we passed the dessert.

Ang ibang mga Pinoy sa aming kumpanya ay nagluto ng pancit bilang noche buena. Wala raw silang datung kaya hindi sila sumama sa amin.
