I was privilege to be invited as one of the guests of the Summer Blasters's Summer Get-Together at the Intercontinental Hotel Beach in Jubail on May 25,2012.
The summer escapade of this photography enthusiasts from the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia coincided with the month-long birthday blast of one of its members - Lovell.
The day started at 7:30 in the morning and ended at 5:00 in the afternoon.
Together with family members and guests, about 70 heads enjoyed the summer heat with plenty and
sumptuous foods, exciting parlor games, swimming, chatting, photo shooting, sunbathing and banana-riding.
One part of the program was the introduction of old, new members and their families and guests.
It was an enjoyable moment for all of us.
We momentarily forgot the dull and routine life of Overseas Contract Workers.
Kudos to the organizers of this event! Happy birthday to Lovell.
