Cadet 1st Class Tom Puertollano is the valedictorian of the 2012 Bagwis Class of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA). Puertollano, a 21 year old son of a carpenter, offered his achievement to his late mother who died of cancer. Tom hails from Lipa City, Batangas and he shall join the Philippine Army.
