On Valentine's Day, Xiao proposed to her girlfriend at the Chime-Long Amusement Park in Guandong, China by presenting her with a crimson dress made from 9,999 red roses. In Chinese custom, the number 9 sounds like forever in the local language which Xiao hoped for their love.
