Jessica Sanchez Is Voted Out of American Idol 2012

After her relatively lame performance because of a sore throat on Wednesday show of the American Idol, Filipino-Mexican-American Jessica Sanchez was voted out  on Thursday's canvassing of the votes. This scenario was obviously expected by the fans and supporters of the other two finalists - Phillip Phillips and Joshua Ledet.

However, after the REAL counting of votes, it was Joshua Ledet who garnered the lowest votes and was eliminated from the contest. Now, it is Jessica Sanchez and Phillip Phillips in the finals!

Because of this great news, Asian-Americans including Mexicans in the US and territories are binding together to support Sanchez until the final night. They are hopeful that Jessica Sanchez will be declared American Idol winner next week. Having said this, fans and supporters of the more popular Phillip Phillips are also rallying their supports. Aside from voting Phillips they are also campaigning to vote out Sanchez.
